Thank you for choosing an individual coaching session with Michelle Bersell.
This agreement is between Michelle Bersell (“Coach”), and the person purchasing the session (“Client”).
1. Session and payment
Your purchase includes one 60-minute virtual coaching session at the price shown at checkout. Payment is required before the session.
This purchase does not commit you to additional sessions. Future coaching services require a separate purchase and acceptance of the applicable terms.
2. Nature of coaching
Coaching is a collaborative personal-development service focused on self-awareness, goals, choices, and practical action. It does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services. The subject matter and guidance provided by Coach is advisory and supportive only.
Client remains responsible for their decisions and actions. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
3. Confidentiality and virtual communication
Coach will treat information shared during coaching as confidential, except when disclosure is authorized by Client, required by applicable law or valid legal process, or reasonably necessary to address a serious safety concern, as permitted by law.
Coach will take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of virtual sessions and electronic communications. However, these methods involve privacy risks, including unauthorized access, unintended disclosure, and conversations being overheard or recorded. Client agrees to participate from a private location and take reasonable precautions to protect their devices, accounts, and communications.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
To reschedule your session without losing your session fee, contact support@forgoodmen.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelation does not permit a refund, only the ability to reschedule within 14 days from the initially scheduled session.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, your session fee will be forfeited, and no refund or replacement session will be provided.
If Coach must cancel, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Attendance and technical issues
Please join from a quiet, private place with a reliable internet connection. If we experience video connection difficulties, we’ll continue by phone—or by WhatsApp voice call if you’re outside the United States. Please provide your current phone number when booking and, for international sessions, have WhatsApp ready to use.
6. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and resolved in the appropriate venue within Wisconsin.
7. Electronic acceptance
By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review and retain this agreement and agree to conduct this transaction electronically.
