Group Coaching For Good Men
Your strengths, honored.
Your deeper desires, given space.
A small group coaching experience for men in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who have built a life and are ready to more fully receive what they most deeply desire.
When Winning Stops Working
You know how to work hard, solve problems, and keep moving forward.
But there are moments when doing more no longer brings you closer to what you most deeply want.
That doesn’t mean you aren’t enough.
This is often a sign that you are ready for more of what will bring you inner fulfillment.
Rather than asking you to push harder, this next evolution of Self is requires a different skillset, one that makes room for your needs and for receiving what you don’t have to earn.
Why a space for good men?
I see how much you care about giving your best and I honor that about you.
You may have spent years building a life, showing up for others, and working toward what matters to you.
Now, you find yourself longing for something different, something that can’t be attained through effort alone.
That longing is to feel seen, supported, and valued for the man you are, not only for what you do.
This is your space to open to receive what you desire most.
"The invitation is to let yourself receive."
Your Next Stage: Learning to Receive
You may be comfortable receiving recognition for what you do.
The type of receiving I am referring to feels different. It’s about being able to take in appreciation, honor, and compassion simply for who you are.
This path opens you to recognize your worth from within, rather than continually looking outside yourself for proof.
At its deepest level, this is an invitation to know the love you are, rather than something you have to earn.
You can still care deeply, pursue meaningful goals, and give generously, while simultaneously open yourself to receive.

"I sought out working with Michelle after two divorces, and I’m so grateful for the practical, everyday tools she gave me. What Michelle helped me realize is that when I take a stand for a relationship that includes all of me, I can access those tools from within myself. One of the most important skills I learned was understanding the difference between rehashing the past or trying to prove a point and being fully present with the feelings that are here in the moment.
Thank you, Michelle, for the simple yet powerful techniques you shared that have made it easier for me to express myself and stay true to who I am."
What We’ll Explore Together
Our work will focus on helping you:
- Feel freer to be yourself, without continually proving your worth.
- Recognize patterns that make it harder to receive support, connection, or fulfillment.
- Deepen your self-trust and understanding of what matters to you.
- Honor the experiences that have shaped you and the strengths you bring to others.
- Work with your emotions as sources of insight, rather than obstacles to overcome.
Your experience will be personal to you, as we explore these areas together.
A Small Group That Honors Your Experience
This six-month experience brings together 5–7 men online for three 60-minute group coaching sessions each month.
Each online session offers opportunities for individual coaching, shared reflection, and learning through the experiences of others.
You’ll have opportunities to bring forward what you most want to receive, along with the questions, emotions, or patterns that may be making that difficult.
As other men share, you may recognize something in your own experience. Together, we’ll explore those insights and practice tools that support deeper self-understanding and self-trust.
My approach honors your strengths while helping you recognize your needs, notice where you’ve set them aside, and respond with greater clarity.
Group size: 5–7 men
Session length: 60 minutes
Frequency: Three online sessions per month
Duration: Six months
Investment: $497 per month for six months or $2700 pay in full, only upon enrolling.
When the next group opens, you’ll receive the details and can decide whether it’s right for you. Joining the waitlist does not enroll you or require payment.
About Michelle
I help good men recognize and honor who they are, while opening to more of the love, support, and fulfillment they desire.
I hold dual master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Education. My work brings together that foundation with more than 20 years of coaching individuals and couples, training leaders within Fortune 500 companies, and developing my own modality, Emotional Empowerment.
Alongside that professional experience, I continue to walk a path of deep spiritual devotion.
I bring a feminine, spiritually grounded perspective to this work, which helps you notice what has gone unacknowledged within you and make room to receive more fully.
The love I experience with my husband and children, and the soul-level work I continue within myself, deepen my commitment to helping others know and live the love they are.

I felt heard by Michelle, and felt that she was relentless (in a good way) to get to the bottom of what’s been going on with me. She helped me understand how my emotions were blocking me and how to begin working with them. She encouraged me to communicate what was going on for me, and very specifically how to communicate my anger in a way that was respectful. I never felt anything but encouragement to express feelings, even if they were not pretty.
This work has led me to trust myself by listening to my instincts and expressing my feelings. Ultimately, it led me from years of being afraid to enter the dating world to now dating again and reviving my interest in a romantic relationship. I’ve learned so much about communicating with myself and others, a skill I will continue to carry with me indefinitely!
